Your per-home rate is set by how many homes you have advertising: $999 each for 1–5 homes, $899 each for 6–25, and $799 each for 26 or more — and it applies to every advertising home.

Everything. A dedicated company phone number, calls, texts, and emails, and listing each home on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and more — all part of the per-home price, with nothing billed separately.

When the home sells or you turn its agent off — billing for that home stops at the end of that monthly period. Cancel anytime.

Every home with its agent turned on — a mobile home, manufactured home, RV, or park rental all count. Turn homes on and off anytime.

Every account includes 300 agent-handled prospect conversations each month. Beyond that it’s $2 per additional conversation, and the agent keeps working.

The agent sends them; they’re processed and screened through Lotly. The application fee is paid by the applicant by default; per community, you can choose to cover it yourself, in which case it’s billed to you as an additional fee when the applicant submits.

The agent sends each buyer your own financing application links, so financing applications go straight to the bank or lender you choose.
