What the program is
MHPSales.ai sends SMS text messages on behalf of participating mobile home parks and dealers to people who have inquired about a home — for example, following up on a listing you asked about ("you asked about the 3-bed on Lot 14"). Messages relate to that inquiry: answering questions, sharing details, and helping schedule a showing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation. As part of following up on an inquiry, you may receive up to about seven messages over three days across call, text, and email combined. Messaging stops as soon as you respond or opt out.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. MHPSales.ai does not charge you for the messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts — messaging stops immediately. For help, reply HELP or contact us through our about page.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you share in a conversation is handled per our Privacy Policy.
